Compensation $115,000–$141,400.

As an Accounting Manager, you will…
- Supervise daily accounting functions, including payroll, general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Oversee internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial records for accuracy and prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings, and ensure timely compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
- Partner with FP&A team to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit practices.
- Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Public accounting experience.
- Familiarity with Deltek ERP software (Vantagepoint or Vision).
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry.
