The healthcare team works on various projects from medical & health facilities to specialty clinics. As the Designer III, you will…
Be responsible for the development of BIM/CAD design and documentation of drawings.
Provide non-BIM/CAD computer software support to project teams.
Work in conjunction with project leaders, develop and produce solutions for moderately complex design problems; incorporate code research and conduct agency coordination.
Be responsible for coordination of consultants consistent with scope of work.
Understand and utilize basic project management tools.
Assist project leads to ensure commitments made to clients are consistent with scope of work and support project leaders in directing staff to accomplish project goals.
Review and evaluate documents for accuracy and coordination for project teams.
Participate in all phases of the design and project documentation process.
Be responsible for project research and its incorporation into the project; help to coordinate specifications.
Produce and keep current on project records in direct support of studio project management.
Demonstrate consistent time management skills and complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
Develop presentation materials to support project team’s design and marketing efforts.
Demonstrate organizational skills, be detail-oriented and collaborative.
Assist project team and market/studio leadership with other duties that may be assigned.
Designer III Qualifications – The Must-Haves (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years architectural project experience
Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam
Sketch-Up or other 3D program(s)
Prior experience with healthcare projects
