Project Manager - Civic

The Civic team works on various projects from: county, city, utilities, and public safety projects to courthouses and correctional institutions.
An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project design and construction, as well as programming and planning. As the Project Manager, you will…
- Manage project resources and support the development of timelines, budgets, and overall work plans.
- Provide comprehensive project oversight across all phases, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project teams through construction administration and ensure alignment with established project management plans.
- Develop solutions to moderately complex design challenges, including code compliance and agency coordination.
- Review and evaluate project documents for accuracy while guiding teams to complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and address risks, cost impacts, scheduling issues, and other factors influencing project success.
- Manage scope changes requested by clients or consultants, assessing their effect on budget and schedule.
- Support project financial management, including fee development, monitoring financial status, and completing monthly project financial tasks.
- Collaborate with project leads and studio leadership to create proposals, action plans, and staffing strategies.
- Delegate effectively, coach staff, and contribute to a detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborative team environment.
The Must-Haves (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years architectural project experience
- Highly proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam
- Prepare project management plans and ensure strict adherence to these plans.
- Prior Experience with Civic projects including law enforcement and fire stations

Salary Range: $103,000-$130,700. Compensation DOE.
